Dieter Billen is a Partner at Roland Berger, a global management consulting firm. He has worked in several countries across Southeast Asia and originally started at the firm’s Brussels office in Belgium. He currently heads Roland Berger’s energy practice across the region and is based in Malaysia. Dieter consults on infrastructure development, with a focus on energy and utilities and especially renewables. He has advised investors, energy companies, and developers on energy transition projects across Southeast Asia, including renewable development, energy efficiency, and energy services and market liberalization.
