Dutsadee is a Partner at Dentons Pisut, with over a decade of experience in international arbitration, international trade and investment, and sustainability-related regulatory and ESG policy matters. Her practice focuses on complex cross-border disputes and advisory work across infrastructure, energy and natural resources, digital infrastructure, environmental regulation, and large-scale investment projects.

She is regularly involved in matters arising from energy transition, clean energy development, and investment frameworks supporting renewable energy, data centres, and industrial electrification in Thailand and the ASEAN region. Her work sits at the intersection of law, policy, and market development, supporting both public-sector initiatives and private investment in emerging energy and digital ecosystems.

In her legislative capacity, Dutsadee served as an Advisor to the Chair of the Standing Committee on Industry in the Parliament of Thailand. She was a member of the Sub-Committee on the development of Circular Economy Development in the Parliament of Thailand. Her legislative work is primarily focused on promoting international investment, advancing the Bio-Circular-Green Economy (BCG), fostering sustainable industries, and facilitating the energy transition.
