Ir. Justin Sim (D.S.M) has been elected President of the Malaysian Photovoltaic and Sustainable Energy Industry Association (MPSEA) for the 2025–2027 term. He is the Founder and Managing Director of North Consult Engineering Sdn Bhd (NCE) and a professional electrical engineer with over 18 years of experience in the power industry. His expertise spans the mining, industrial, infrastructure, transport, and energy sectors. He has built strong technical knowledge in electrical and energy systems, including electrical reticulation design, lighting, subdivisions, substations, and lightning and earthing protection systems.
