Patricia is a Senior Officer at Penang Green Council (PGC), where she leads initiatives under the Penang Green Industry Programme (PGIP) to accelerate sustainability transformation within the manufacturing sector. She is actively involved in developing and implementing SHIFT @ PGIP, an ecosystem that supports companies in assessing their sustainability maturity, building internal capabilities, accessing sustainability solutions, and advancing their decarbonisation journey. Working closely with government agencies, industry associations, financial institutions, and industry partners, Patricia focuses on translating sustainability strategies into practical implementation for businesses. As a Certified COSIRI Assessor, she brings hands-on experience in guiding manufacturers through sustainability assessments and identifying pathways to strengthen competitiveness while meeting evolving sustainability requirements. In this session, she will share how SHIFT @ PGIP supports manufacturers in moving from compliance to competitiveness through practical tools, ecosystem partnerships, and industry-focused programmes.
