Ir. Kwok Yew Hoe is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Cenergi SEA Berhad, appointed in May 2025. Since joining the company in 2022, he has played a key role in driving the company’s strategic growth and expanding its renewable energy portfolio as owner/operator in small hydro, biogas, solar, and low-carbon energy solutions. He is also currently the Chairman of the Electrical Engineering Technical Division, the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM).

He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons.) from the University of Malaya and an MBA from Multimedia University and is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
