Pramod Deore is the Global Chief Executive Officer – On-site Renewable Business at CleanMax, where he leads the strategy, growth, and execution of the company’s onsite renewable energy portfolio across India and international markets. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, large-scale EPC project execution, and advancing ESG-led initiatives across the business.
With over 23 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, Pramod brings deep expertise in distributed renewable solutions, business operations, and complex project execution. Prior to CleanMax, he held senior leadership roles at Reliance Infrastructure Limited and served as Chief Operating Officer – Distributed Solar at Mahindra Susten Private Limited.
A recognized voice in the renewable energy sector, he has completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and has been named among “India’s 100 Most Powerful & Influential Solar Industry Business Leaders” by Solar Quarter (India Power100Map, 2019). He is an IICA-certified Independent Director and an expert in BRSR and ESG.
